Custom Vinyl Windows & Doors | GreatView Custom
GreatView Custom is a family-owned manufacturer of windows and doors, providing supply and installation services across the GTA and surrounding regions. We manufacture made-to-order vinyl window systems and steel and fiberglass entry door systems, with custom painting completed in house. Our products are backed by factory-trained, in-house installation — so the same team that builds your product installs it.
From individual replacements and coordinated renovations to new custom homes and multi-unit developments, GreatView Custom delivers practical, built-to-fit solutions at every scale. Whether you’re upgrading a single window or outfitting an entire building, our in-house manufacturing and installation teams work together from start to finish.
A Trusted Manufacturer and Installation Partner
When you work with GreatView Custom, you’re working with one team from start to finish — not a manufacturer, a separate installer, and a salesperson in between. We build made-to-order vinyl windows, steel and fiberglass entry doors, and vinyl patio doors at our own local facility, then install everything ourselves with our own trained crews.
That matters because window and door projects go wrong in the handoffs — between the person who measures, the factory that builds, and the crew that installs. When it’s all one company, those handoffs disappear. The same team that takes your measurements knows exactly what’s being manufactured, and the installers know exactly what they’re putting in.
We work on everything from a single window replacement to a full custom home build. No project is too small to get our full attention, and no project is too large for us to coordinate properly.
Not sure exactly what you need yet? We’ll come to you. Our in-home consultations bring samples of styles, glass, colours, and hardware right to your kitchen table, so you can make decisions without guessing from a catalog.
Explore Custom Windows and Doors That Fit Your Needs
GreatView Custom manufactures made-to-order vinyl windows in both operating and fixed styles, in a range of custom colours to match your home’s exterior and interior finishes.
Not every window should do the same job. A bedroom might call for a window that opens easily for airflow, while a stairwell or high wall might be better suited to a fixed window that brings in light without the added cost of hardware. We’ll help you weigh factors like room function, privacy, ventilation, and natural light — and choose a colour that ties the window into the rest of your home — so each opening gets the right style, not just the default one.
GreatView Custom tailors steel insulated and fiberglass entry door systems, built to make a strong first impression at your home’s main entrance.
Your front door carries more weight than most people realize — it’s the focal point of your home’s exterior and the first thing every visitor sees. We’ll help you weigh factors like panel design, decorative glass, sidelites, transoms, colours, finishes, hardware, and security so your entry door matches your home’s architecture and holds up to daily use.
GreatView Custom supplies vinyl patio door systems, built to handle daily use while opening up your backyard, deck, or walkout.
A patio door works differently than a standard entrance — it needs to hold up to constant opening and closing, let in as much natural light as possible, and give you clear sightlines to the outdoors. We’ll help you weigh factors like sliding vs. hinged configurations, glass size, screens, colours, finishes, and hardware so your patio door fits the space and how you actually use it.
What Our Clients Say

“Couldn’t be happier with our new windows”
We replaced all the windows on the main floor of our house and the difference is night and day — both in how the house looks and how much quieter it is inside. The team walked us through operating vs. fixed styles for each room, which I hadn’t even thought about before, and helped us pick a colour that actually matches our brick instead of just going with standard white. Installation took two days and they cleaned up completely after themselves. Would recommend GreatView to anyone in the area.

“Front door completely changed our curb appeal”
We were getting ready to sell and our realtor mentioned the front door was pulling down our curb appeal in photos, so we called GreatView to see what our options were. They sat down with us and went through panel styles, glass options, and hardware finishes to find something that would refresh the whole entrance. The door they installed made the entire front of the house look updated — our realtor said it made a noticeable difference once listing photos went up. Install crew was on time, professional, and didn’t leave a mess. Wish we’d done it sooner instead of waiting until we were selling.

“No more cold air by the patio door”
For years we could feel a draft coming in around our old patio door, especially in the winter — you could actually feel the temperature drop just standing near it. We finally had GreatView come replace it with one of their vinyl sliding systems and the difference was immediate. No more cold air, no more drafts, and the room actually feels comfortable to sit in again even on colder days. The crew was knowledgeable, answered all our questions about the hardware and finishes, and the install was quick and clean.
